  • hivetec NOC (Network Operations Center) provides 24/7 full time services. Maximum ticket response time should not exceed 6 hours, 24/7 phone hotline for NOC free of charge.
  • We take care of security and software updates and defend your server against intruders using advanced intruder detection technology (IPcop Firewall etc.).
  • Free eMail & Phone support from our engineers.
  • We install any other Software on your Server for just EURO 21 per hour.
  • We solve any and all kind of problems that may occure on your dedicated Server for only $ 21 per hour.
  • We reserve the right to cancel the contract if we repeatatively spend excess time/energy to support *requests*
  • 1 hour of free admin services monthly.
  • Force Majeur Statement:
    hivetec will charge for services when the client is responsible for damage caused by oversight, carelessness or security breaches like insecure passwords or insecure software installed by the client or his associates.

    hivetec may charge the client if problems occure due to DOS attacks, root toolkits, new viruses or by intruders using tools or techniques that even a very experienced and professional system administrator is not supposed to know about.
